About the Role

• In the Safety and Quality Department, we work to review, assess, and analyze operations at Forsmark to ensure safety requirements are met.
• Within Safety Culture, we are responsible for knowledge dissemination in the area, analysis and assessment of safety culture, coordination of requirements, and goals for safety culture development at Forsmark.
• The focus of the assignment is in the area of safety culture, behaviors, and/or leadership. The focus can vary somewhat depending on your interests and skills.
• The goal and purpose of the thesis is to strengthen our work in these areas.
• This assignment is for 1 or 2 persons.

Requirements

We are looking for students who want to work towards fossil freedom and who are soon graduating from their academic studies. You should also identify with our principles: Active, Open, Positive, and Safety.

• Behavioral science or technical education with a focus on human factors and safety.
• Scope – 15 credits or 30 credits
• Swedish language skills
